1st Line Support Engineer

A leading business to business solutions provider is currently looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to support their ongoing growth and provide exceptional customer service/technical support to their staff and customers and to help maintain a developing IT estate.
Your new role
You will grow your skills and learn new technologies whilst making significant impact to our user base by providing the highest standards of technical support on a broad range of technologies and systems. You'll provide a friendly face for non-technical users and act as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service and solving technical problems efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
A familiarity with key infrastructure systems including Active Directory and Windows technology is highly desirable as well as exposure or knowledge of IT/Mobile networks and MySQL Databases. Experience providing excellent customer service over the phone and working with printer hardware would be ideal. You'll enjoy interacting with customers and meeting new people daily, acting as a vital part of our organisation and embodying our core values.
