Digital Project Manager

A cool luxury digital agency based in East London is looking for an experienced digital project manager to join their team and manage the delivery of a variety of digital projects including marketing and eCommerce websites. You will play an integral role alongside the account management team and Producer / Strategy team in owning and delivering for clients.

The Role:

As a Digital Project Manager you will be accountable for driving the delivery of the studio and ensuring optimal delivery methods. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from start to finish within time and budgeted resource

Responsibilities:

• Plan the end to end delivery of all projects with assistance from junior project manager
• Estimate and plan projects, assign team roles and responsibilities
• Request and allocate appropriate levels of resource, ensuring the business has adequate view upcoming resource requirement
• Manage cross-capability resources during the project life cycle.
• Motivate and generate enthusiasm within the project team
• Manage projects to an agreed plan and specification
• Select and implement communication processes
• Manage project issues and assumptions/decisions and escalate where appropriate
• Deliver projects within the agreed time and budget parameters

Requirements:

• Experience with the Atlassian suite of software, in particular JIRA Cloud, Service Desk & Capture
• In-depth experience of delivering websites, eCommerce and marketing campaigns to technical and creative specifications
• Ability to manage, support multiple projects and people
• Positive, proactive, thrives on deadlines and change & motivates others
• Managed a junior project manager previously
