Our client award winning law firm supports over 650+ users internally. We are currently looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst to join the team.You will be working in a fast paced environment so you must be able to deal with pressure situations and work on your own initiative. The Service Desk Analyst will be providing both phone based and face to face support.

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: City of London

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience


  • First point of contact for all support of hardware and software problems
  • Administration of MS Exchange and Active Directory
  • Logging of desktop support, service requests
  • Resolution of desktop support problems
  • Monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and updates are carried out
  • Maintenance of information in call tracking system


  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office 2010
  • Experience of working with /Windows 8, MDM software i.e. Intune. 2-factor authentication
  • Administration of MS Exchange & Active Directory
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Worksite, Word
  • Good teamwork, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both within the team and with external clients
  • Good call handling and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a busy support environment
  • Strong customer service skills
