London, Central - £18,000 - £23,000

1st Line Support Engineer sought by fast-paced IT service provider company based in Central London. The role will be working on their busy help-desk communicating with people via phone, email and face to face. The candidate will be confident working to tight SLAs and have strong customer facing skills. Essential Skills for Support Engineer:

  • 1-year experience in a client-facing Support role
  • Strong Microsoft knowledge
