Finance Assistant – AAT

Our client, an industry leading Building Services company are now looking for experienced Finance Assistant to join their team in Ipswich. Seated within the Accounts department, you'll provide pivotal support for all expenses & payment processing related enquiries, and will be the main point of contact for the division.

You'll be responsible for:

* Regular Credit Card reconciliation
* Processing any internal expense claims
* Putting together and preparing journals for month end
* Training employees on correct expense procedures

You'll have:

* Experience within a Finance or Accounts role is desired
* AAT – Level 1 or Level 2 (Qualified or Part Qualified)
* Strong ability to manage own workload whilst dealing with the demands of the business
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft package and IT savvy (Sage 50)
* A high level of attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
