Change Manager/Consultant- £(Apply online only) a day- 4 month contract- Central London
My Clientis looking to bring in a Communications and Change Consultant to kickstart the communications programme for the finance transformation. You will be reporting into the Head of HR. You will be creating a detailed communication plan at a strategic level and will operationally create the core messages with the workstream leads. You will also be responsible for advising what the business needs on a long term basis.
They have a need for support in the management of change/engagement approach and communication. This role will support the current people org change team, which has been successfully operating for a number of months. They are made up of the Client's Finance staff and PWC embedded project team members.

General job description:

A communications campaign plan to include engagement objectives, audience groups, channels
Creating core supporting messages for launch and each communication workstream
A plan for ongoing communication activities for the duration of change programme.
The above should focus on:
A clear narrative for launch: how we got here, where we're going, what will be different in the future, what's in it for people.

Engaging Managers: how they will support their teams, be provided with relevant information and contribute to programme

Providing employee voice: ensuring people are listened to and are contributing feedback

Example Outputs
Communication approach for programme created in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
Core messages compiled for each workstream created in conjunction with workstream leads
Materials presentation & Speaker notes for launch communication
Architecture for presentations and speaker notes for other key communications
Plan of work for duration of project

Skill and Experience required:

Ideally, 5 years' communications experience ideally gained in a TV/Media/Brands environment
Experience of running complex global change management communications
Experience transformation programmes management in a communications capacity
Understanding and evaluation of different change models for delivery
Motivated and proactive personality
Excellent writing skills
Experience of organising communication events/launches
Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate at all levels
Experience in dealing with sensitive and controversial issues
Initiative to manage own projects
Experience of working in project teams and managing work teams to deliver objectives
Experience of managing budgets
