The Requirements Join us as an Implementation Analyst in Edinburgh This is an ideal opportunity to join a high performing technology team working in an important bank sector, which over the coming years will be seeing a lot interesting change and challenges You'll have the chance to be part of a team of experienced implementation analysts Mortgages is a huge part of the bank and has set ambitious goals over the next 3 years to be the No. 1 in the UK mortgages market - which you'll support us to meetWhat you'll doMortgages, Technology works with a collaborative approach working closely with other technology and business teams to deliver as good a product as is possible. Over the last couple of years, we've built up great relationships, which have attributed to an almost 100% success rate in terms of implementations completing successfully.The team consists of experiences implementation managers, leads and analysts split over two locations UK and India.In this role youll be: Preparing and taking ownership of Technology implementations including, but not limited to, gather requirements, writing Implementation Plans, creating Schedule of Events, resourcing implementations and ensure the implementation runs smoothly Engaging with appropriate stakeholders both in Technology and the Business Learning and following RBS Technology Implementation governance Working closely with the Project Teams and Service Teams Working closely with the RBS Business change teams in terms of dovetailing Technology Implementation with Business Implementation Identifying, tracking, managing and mitigating any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependenciesThe skills you'll needYou'll need extensive business, project or implementation analysis experience, paired with strong experience of technology implementations.We're also looking for you to show: A focus on risk and the drive to actively manage these to secure delivery success Excellent oral and written skills, strong analytical skills and the willingness to research and resolve problems An ability to work under pressure Proactive communicator and driven to resolve issues in a collaborative manner MS Office experienceIt would be beneficial (but not essential) to show technical expertise in host or off host technologies and/or Iceflo experience.How we'll reward youIn return, we offer a competitive salary plus 25% cash and benefit funding programme that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
