aspire cambridge are currently seeking an experienced part time Legal Secretary/ Legal Document Processer to work within our clients site based in Cambridge city centre.

Skills Required:

- Strong secretarial skills (Copy typing, audio typing & digital dictation experience is a must)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
- Willingness to work well as part of a busy, friendly team
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Must have legal secretarial experience
- Possess a strong level of self motivation

Daily Duties:

- Accurately produce documents, attendance notes and emails
- Proof read all typed communications to ensure they are presented well and contain no spelling errors
- Amend marked up documents

Start: ASAP
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm-8pm
