Are you an experienced Education Recruiter looking for a different approach to servicing schools? Would you be interested in a dedicated recruitment delivery model thats not all KPIs, with more time to understand the specific needs of your portfolio of clients?

The Account Manager's role here at TSR is very different to those at a typical education supply agency. We give you time to build long-term relationships with clients so you can meet their customer service expectations.

In this role you will be expected to -

- Actively review advertising campaign performance on a regular basis to ensure needs are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Educate customers in new features of TSRecruit that will enhance their recruitment performance and meet objectives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Create accurate information for colleagues, involved in the end-to-end customer process.
