A Full Time Payroll Assistant is required to join a busy Reading town centre Recruitment agency.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, computer literate and able to work to deadlines. Good people skills are also essential as the role requires dealing with both workers and clients.

General tasks include:

• Input and processing of Weekly Payroll for 350+ workers
• Maintaining Staff Database
• Invoicing Clients
• Dealing with Employee Queries
• Cash Handling
• Workplace Pension Admin
• Payroll Reports
• Timesheet generation

Previous experience in Payroll as well as good Excel skills would be an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30.
