Full product training will be provided through manufacturer approved courses and you will be provided with a competitive salary, paid overtime, company van, smart phone, laptop, uniform and tools. You'll be required to work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.15pm (30 min break).

You'll also receive staff discount from day one, workplace pension and an attendance bonus. Once fully trained, you'll also be required to provide out of hours cover for stairlift customers (emergency response only) during evenings (5pm-9pm) and weekends (9am-9pm) on a rota basis. There is a bonus for this.

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll work on a wide range of mobility equipment including mobility scooters, stairlifts, riser armchairs, beds and wheelchairs.

Most appointments will be at customers’ homes located across Surrey, but will also involve some travel to West Sussex, East Sussex, and Kent. You'll need to have good problem solving skills, have experience of basic electrical circuits and a good attention to detail.

The customer base is largely elderly and as such you will need patience and empathy to be able to communicate your findings. In addition to breakdowns and servicing, you will also be trained to install stairlifts and modular ramping as part of a team.

This role requires a basic DBS (which we'll do on day one) and a full, clean driving licence.
