To administer all elements within the pricing function to deliver accurate pricing for all CBS products, to meet company and client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
• Administer all approved pricing for clients within our expanding portfolio
• Manage client and dealer support terms to ensure an accurate pricing system
• Resolve pricing discrepancies, liaising with internal departments and the client for a solution
• Answer telephones to internal and external contacts to deal with pricing related queries
• Act as the primary day to day contact for third party data provider CAP – handling internal queries, chasing new vehicle data and communicating updates within the business
• Assist the Network Development and Driver Development Teams with any ad-hoc client data requests or tools to support the clients scheme growth and success
• Create bespoke choice lists for key client groups
• Regular reporting revision and review
• Extract maintenance figures, check accuracy of the running values and update costs within CBS bespoke system
• Document processes and maintain the library of pricing information booklets
• Evaluate pricing reconciliations discrepancy
• Provide support to the team assisting with adhoc queries to ensure our client deadline are on target
• Proactively look to provide smarter ways of working and generating ideas on business best practice

Essential criteria for candidates includes:
Educated to A Level or equivalent
• Automotive commercial knowledge, with a particular focus on vehicle specification knowledge
• Previous experience in an administration role with similar operational responsibilities
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Good organisational and planning skills
• A good standard of Excel knowledge
• Drive, motivation and initiative with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Self starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Creative thinking that continually seeks improvements with the confidence to share knowledge
• Team player
• Strong work ethic
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a rapidly growing and changing business
