This role is for the delivery of computer based systems training to groups of users in a class based environment to both new and established system users in both Adult Social Care and Children’s Services.

In addition to the above, the work will involve:

* Setting up training examples/scenarios in preparation for training users.
* Creating/updating training materials as appropriate
Assessing the effectiveness of and issues with training delivery

In addition to the above, successful candidates will have:

* Self-confidence and ability to inspire confidence in trainees
* Experience of training delivery
* The ability to measure and assess the effectiveness of training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A skill for innovative thinking
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Preferably, knowledge of Adults’ and/or Children’s Social Care

A DBS check is required and candidates should be aware of Data Protection regulations and legislation
