Senior Digital Performance Analyst Sheffield Salary: up to 67,212 Could you be crucial to the success of DWPs data transformation? We have an opportunity to ensure analysis is front and centre in thedesign and development of the digital services DWP provides to citizensand staff. As a Senior Digital Performance Analyst youll be responsiblefor maximising the use of data, tools, analytical techniques andindustry best practice to deliver analysis of the very highest qualityfor the Departments digital services. The key purpose of this hands-on role is to ensure that service teamsdeveloping digital services are using the best quality analytics todesign and optimise their services. You will help drive best practiceand continuous improvement across all areas of digital performanceanalytics: data collection, data analysis and performance reporting, andthrough compelling data stories. What we need from you To have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of theconfiguration and deployment of digital analytics tools, ideally GoogleAnalytics 360 and Google Tag Manager. Be able to validate/assureanalytics configurations and design overall implementation protocols foranalytics tools. An understanding of html, CSS, JavaScript, and regex in the context ofimplementation and configuration of analytics. To have experience leading teams that undertake digital analytics, ableto quality assure the analytical work of others and provide overarchingguidance on how services should best ensure quality of data andanalysis. Also, experience of working with other analytical anduser-centred design professions such as User Researchers and InteractionDesigners. To have significant experience in trial design and exploitation of therelevant statistical techniques to report the accuracy of findings. Alsothe relevant skills in how to best present and communicate findings to anon-technical audience in a compelling way. Experience of IT Strategy, Delivery and Operations in a large public orprivate sector organisation. Experience of building skills for yourself and others.
