You will have significantexperience working with engineering teams using Agile techniques. Youwill be an excellent communicator, a collaborative teammate andpassionate about doing whatever it takes to get the right things donethe right way.Responsibilities: Work closely with product, UX and technology partners to identify functional and technical requirements Write high quality user stories and feature specifications Lead project requirements gathering workshops Project manage the development life cycle and drive delivery Devise project plans, report on progress, remove blockers and pitch in to overcome challenges Facilitate trade-offs between scope, budget and time-to-market delivery Balance business and technical objectives to set clear, stable priorities for your team Triage and prioritize issues and bugs using application logging, site analytics and session tracking tools to size their impact Actively contribute to our team's culture of adapting, learning and embracing changeRequired Skills and Experience:Project & Product Management , Agile Methodologies Experience operating as a Technical Product Manager Project managing software development using the SCRUM and Kanban Agile frameworks Producing project status reports for consumption by senior management and executives Devising and maintaining project estimates, plans and schedules using the Mingle project management tool Compiling, prioritizing and automating the reporting of bug backlogs using JIRA Automating status, velocity tracking and backlog reporting from Mingle using the Mingle Query Language (MQL) Curating well defined product backlogs through liaison with Product Managers, UX Designers and software engineering expertsSoftware delivery and lifecycle - Requirements analysis, testing andtechnical skills etc Experience working with geographically distributed Agile software engineering and operations teams in UK, USA, Hungary & India Conducting detailed analysis of technical, functional and operational requirements for high volume, ecommerce web applications built using Java Technologies, HTML, CSS , Javascript and using libraries/frameworks including JQuery/Spring Authoring clear and concise BDD user stories and acceptance test criteria for consumption by Agile software engineering teams Designing , documenting and executing UAT and E2E test plans for new software developments Facilitating web application development and deployment in a CI/CD environment Experience of working with software delivery and deployment using AWS cloud technologiesOperational Monitoring, troubleshooting and support Designing , developing and implementing operational monitoring dashboards for production software in tools such as Splunk, Graphite, Grafana and SCOM Creating anomaly alerts for monitoring production software in tools such as Splunk and SCOM using Python and C++ Troubleshooting ecommerce applications deployed in a multi-tiered SOA environment via forensic analysis of application log files and XML/JSON messages using Splunk Analyzing and debugging web user sessions via the Tealeaf session replay tool Orchestrating cross functional operational support during outages and high impact live site issuesEcommerce/Checkout/Travel industry Experience working with large scale ecommerce and Checkout platforms and technology stacks Scoping and analysis of A/B and Multivariate tests to determine commercial value of new website feature developments Devising Web Analytics reports using Adobe Omniture to support site optimization analysis.
