They tend tobe faster to the market than most - results driven - and demanding ofsolutions that are rooted in analytics and insight.The Role: Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and the rest of the team,the role will assist in developing media planning and buying solutions,as well as having an active involvement in all campaign reportingprocedures. The team is responsible for the design and implementation ofall media (TV, Radio, Press, Cinema and Digital) across a range of highprofile clients including Amazon, Carlsberg, Storck, Quorn and Lego.Roles and Responsibility: TV and Radio- Inputting and daily updating of TV & Radio campaigns using ourbuying software Assisting the managers in the production and presentation of TV& Radio post campaign documents Gain an understanding of the TV & Radio marketplace Update and track campaign performance using excel spreadsheets Assist managers in the production of TV & Radio competitive analysisDigital- Assist in planning, buying and activating digital plans Gain in depth knowledge of digital providers and formats Ensuring all digital budgets are inputted onto the system and areaccurately managed, reconciled and trackedPress- Develop relationships with media owners and understanding of thepress marketplace Work to deadlines and manage client & account managerexpectations Help co-ordinate post campaign analysis and buying reviews Ensure all schedules are maintained during the buying process andmanage live delivery Help provide market intelligence to planning teams on all aspectsof the marketplaceAbout you- Passion, curiosity and proactive interest in understanding themedia landscape Excellent attention to detail and strong admin skills & abilityto manage time and workload effectively Highly numerate with good communication skills, both written andverbal. Team player with proven ability to develop & maintain goodworking relationships with others. Friendly, enthusiastic, positive manner.
