Are you the digital project manager this award-winning web design &development agency is looking for?That's conscientious, systematic and focused on delivering complexdigital solutions to high standardsIf so you could look forward to:- Great pay and generous bonus scheme- Continued training and development - they believe in investing intheir staff- Being part of a loyal expanding friendly team- Promotion opportunities- Flexible working hours and the best work life balance of any local agency- An easy commute with no Cambridge rush hour traffic and plenty of free parkingDay-to-day you will be expected to;- Manage key client accounts- Deliver multiple simultaneous website projects- Track and manage tasks and workflow through the studio- Liaise with stakeholders and provide weekly project status reports- Produce, communicate and manage project schedules and internal resources- Write water-tight statements of work and specifications.You will also be involved in;- Quoting for new projects- Brainstorming workshops- Developing launch and test plans- Testing- Tracking KPIs and project milestones- Identifying and managing risks- Managing the website maintenance team.Examples of projects you will deliver- Customizing WordPress to support specific functionality - Multi-site WordPress builds- Integrating with third-party APIs- E-commerce and shopping carts- CRM integration- New WordPress plugin developement- Documentation for complex systems- Content migrationIdeally you will have;- A good understanding of the different PM methodologies- Experience working with WordPress CMS & Woocommerce- At least 3 years agency experience in a project manager or accountmanagement role- Experience managing tasks and workflows for design/development teams- Confidence managing internal teams and communicating with clients atall levels- Multi-tasking skills and ability to juggle multiple projects- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Creative flair and an innovative approach, and willingness to helpgrow and improve.- A sense of humourYou will require your own car to make regular visits to clients,typically within an hours drive of the office and clients in London.Reports To: Head of Project DeliveryCompensation: based on experience and skillset.Holiday Entitlement: In addition to the normal public holidays, you areentitled to take 21.5 days' holiday in each calendar year. 1.5 days ofthis entitlement shall be taken between Christmas and New Year's Day Theholiday entitlement will increase by 1 additional day per year (withhalf an additional day at the completion of 4 years) up to a maximum of25 daysBonus SchemeThey offer all employees a company bonus scheme which can pay up to anadditional 10% on basic salary. - provided by Dice ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, CMS, CRM, MIGRATION, SAP CRM, WORDPRESS, WORKFLOW
