Orka Financial is currently working with a client on an exciting new opportunity based in Godalming. The client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on an on-going contract basis.
- Posting Journals.
- Intercompany accounting.
- Raising Invoices & credit control.
- Balance sheet account Management - monthly reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable - Processing incoming invoices for payment.
- Maintaining vendor master for timely payments.
- Liaising with customers to resolve queries.
- Bank Reconciliation- Agreeing to bank statements at month end.
- Maintaining exchange rates on to accounting system.
- Decreased outstanding intercompany items.
