Customer Service MI Analyst (CUSD01512)
My Client is a large insurance-based company. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service MI Analyst.
Your role as a Customer Service Analyst will include developing, analysing and distributing accurate, consistent and reliable data. You will be integral to the provisional insights into the Customer Service Management. You will also be designing, building and developing business MI tools in order to maximise effectiveness and support with operational efficiency.
Ideally you will have experience of producing MI within customer services on areas such as resource, planning and telephony. You will have strong commercial experience using Microsoft Excel for MI and Data and also have a solid knowledge of other MI and Data related technologies.
5 GCSE's or equivalent at C or above, including Maths and English Language
IT qualifications to the equivalence of A level or similar
