A new an exciting role has just opened with a large London Based law firm. The role as an Events Assistant will see you Responsible for the execution of social events from initiation to completion.

Responsible for the full events function including Strategy, Pre-Event, Event management, Post Event, Miscellaneous and some marketing duties. You will be required to work with the Senior Events manager to develop the firm's client social events programme in line with the firm business development plans and support the Senior Events Manager in the development of the firm's client seminar programme.

You will also be require to assess the business value of an event and ensure the business case is aligned to and supportive of the firm's business plans and objectives. To provide guidance and suggestions on the business case as appropriate and evelop comprehensive event project plans with detailed timelines ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are fully briefed and aware of their responsibilities. The ability to liase with internal colleagues on the targeting strategy for each event ensuring lists are built to reflect the strategy.
