Develop sales enablement assets including flyers, brochures, solution factsheets and case studies.
Work with the business and practice teams to author blogs, white papers and articles that can be pitched to the media or hosted on the website.
Develop visual assets (videos and infographics) that help drive significant brand visibility.
Execution of integrated Marketing & Communications plans that encompass – Digital Marketing; Email; Direct Mail, Sponsorship of Conferences, Organizing Roundtables and Events; Executing Webinars; Tele-Calling; Roadshows, Award Programs and Industry Associations amongst other tactics.
Responsible for website content.
Ensuring highest page rankings through SEO via focused on-page and off-page tactics.
Executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaigns.
Rolling out a quarterly newsletter that touches all customers and prospects.
Hosting webinars with clients, analysts or partners to further develop the business pipeline.
Drive marketing campaigns for an account or cluster of accounts to improve visibility and generate demand.
Secure testimonials that can be cross-leveraged within the account and also for helping open new logos.
Creation of case study coffee books that help in cross-selling and up-selling within the account.
Conducting client interviews and seeking quotes that can be used in our thought leadership.
Draft press releases on our client wins and accolades.
Managing client visits for key customers to the Virtusa offices globally or executing road shows in the key client / external locations.
Plan and execute periodic analyst briefings and inquiries
Achieve the highest ratings in various analyst reports and draft press releases that help build brand visibility
Ensure regular coverage in analyst reports
Engage analysts during events, webinars and on social media
Roll-out the quarterly analyst newsletter
Marketing Return on Investment
Develop and track marketing budgets.
Measure success of various marketing campaigns
- Graduation – Engineering, Science or Commerce
Post-Graduation – MBA (Marketing)
Proven record of understanding complex concepts and synthesizing them into compelling messages.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple programs with competing deadlines.
Ability to drive people and projects to meet deliverables within budget and on time.
Talent for working with cross functional teams across hierarchies and regions.
The ability to manage external vendors / agencies.
Deep and wide understanding of the banking & financial services industry.
Experience with Salesforce.com would be a good value add.
Must be willing to travel and work across different time zones.
