Data Analyst | Fragrance Direct | 30,000 | Macclesfield Your new company A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst to join the team at Fragrance Direct. This is an opportunity to join the technology and projects team of a rapidly expanding organisation located in Macclesfield, not far from the town centre, train station and motorway links. Fragrance Direct is a leading UK beauty retailer, stocking over 16,000 products for 700 big-name brands, designer labels and high street favourites. Your new role As an assistant Data Analyst, you will be looking to develop the Warehouse Management System and Website to improve efficiency to the organisation. You will be working on a variety of projects, scoping out business requirements, testing new developments and also training and introducing systems and processes to other departments. You will be liaising with 3rd party technology suppliers, reporting to the technology project manager and directors. An initial project you will be helping to prepare for is GDPR, being part of the team liaising with different departments, documenting the business processes required. Some of the projects include: GDPR - working with PM to prepare Fragrance Direct for changes due May 2018 Setting up EDI processes with suppliers, MNP and Sage. Creating product feed for Ebay and expanding range available on Ebay store. Setting up Fragrance Direct store on Amazon with full integration through MNP. A/B & MVT Testing, selecting a partner and setting up on site. Assist with build and development of language specific sites with all 3rd parties involved. Website platform development - discovering and utilising features of SfCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) OMS, PSM & WMS platform development - discovering and utilising features of MNP (MNP the Solution) What you'll need to succeed This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a Data Analyst who is looking for a step up, taking a lead on some exciting projects. Experience with Excel is important to be considered for this role. You will have strong experience extracting data from reports and presenting to the projects team. Previous experience working within a project lead environment is important to be considered for this role. You will have previously worked with a variety of teams, scoping out business requirements and have presented this at board level. A good understanding of technology is also key as you will be supporting Fragrance Direct's website. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary of 25,000 to 30,000, depending on experience, along with some other fantastic benefits, including flexible working hours, 28 days holiday (incl.
