Application Support Analyst (3rd Line)
Our client, a leading provider of software solutions, seek a Application Support Analyst responsible for providing 3rd line support to customers who use their bespoke software applications.
The Application Support Analyst must be able to demonstrate previous experience providing technical support, applications support, customer support or software support. Working with bespoke software and/or business systems along with good general understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
You will be managing queries through to resolution. Experience supporting / working on SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle databases and the ability to write SQL queries is essential.
Individuals must live within daily commuting distance of Peterborough, be highly customer focused, demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal and have the confidence and ability to liaise with users at all levels.

On offer is a competitive salary in the region of £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, 20 days holiday rising to 25 days with service, contributory pension scheme and childcare vouchers.
