Our client a fast growing, international recruitment business based in the City of London are looking to hire an ambitious Finance Assistant.
The role will initially be transactionally focused around Payroll, Billing and Reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of contractor payroll, and have worked in recruitment previously.
Duties will include the following:
- Handling contractor payroll + billing process
- Reconciling timesheets with client approvals
- Chasing required documents for payment
- Scanning and Saving contractor documents
- Assisting with contractor payment queries
- Scanning and saving client invoices Submitting invoices to clients
- Posting invoices to clients
We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
