To achieve this, the Project Managerwill guide the successful implementation of non-routine and complexbusiness solutions ensuring high quality and timely delivery withinbudget to the customer's satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or Prince II Detailed Description and Job Requirements: A competent project management professional who has a broadunderstanding of solutions and industry best practices. This first-levelproject management position provides consistent creative and highquality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely deliverywithin budget to the customer's satisfaction. Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activitiesinvolved in the successful implementation of an integrated businesssolution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget tothe customer's satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensureOracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industrybest practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle'smethodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractualobligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. As a projectlead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectivelyinfluences decisions at the management level of customer organizations.Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customerto understand and manage project expectations. Supports businessdevelopment efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domaincredibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 0-5 yearsof project management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solidproject management principles. Comfortable working in a matrixmanagement environment. Strong communication skills to deal withinternal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology orindustry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Bachelor's degree ina relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed. Thisinvolves working closely with the client to understand and manage theirexpectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-partyvendors to ensure delivery.Creates and manages an overall project plan (including budget,structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracleengagements. Monitors and reports progress/changes against the plan.Drives implementation by providing motivation and direction.Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Mayhave project lead role. A BS or BA in related fields. 5-7 year overallexperience in functional or technical role.
