LMA Recruitment are looking for a Credit Administration Officer for a temp to perm opportunity in an Asset Management Firm in the City.

Responsbilitites of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • To efficiently handle all aspects of credit administration and various documentation originating from the Credit department
  • To assist with the preparation of the various papers and distribution thereafter required for the Executive Credit Committee and quarterly Board Credit Committee meetings
  • To monitor the progress of Credit Committee decisions and to chase as and when required
  • Manage approved limit enquiries from the various processing departments when required
  • Provide support for the Credit department for all questions/interpretations regarding Credit approvals
  • To advise the various Business Development units of Credit Committee decisions
  • Monitor covenants and maintain a diary system to ensure prompt submission and compliance with covenants
  • Prepare credit meeting minutes
  • To manage the credit filing system and measure output results within the Credit department
