Description

As a Trainee Payroll Administrator based from the Farnham, Surrey office you will work within the Payroll team and be responsible for the below:

This is a trainee role so no experience is required. You will be trained by and will assist the Payroll Manager and Senior Payrollers with the below responsibilities:

  • Entering employees details onto the payroll system
  • Assisting with Starters and Leavers
  • Assisting with employee payroll queries
  • Assisting with P45's & P46's
  • Assisting with SSP - Sick Pay, SMP - Maternity Pay, SSP Paternity Pay
  • General Payroll paperwork and administration

Profile

  • Looking for candidate to start on a temporary to permanent basis
  • Payroll experience is NOT required, administration or office based is highly beneficial though
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Good IT skills and experience using IT systems beneficial

Job Offer

Salary £20,000 - £24,000, 23 days holiday, free parking other benefits. Looking for candidate to start on a temporary to permanent basis
