Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver brand marketing campaigns and communications across multiple channels
  • Create, input to and evaluate creative material for new and existing campaigns /communications across multiple channels
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to deliver against plans and KPIs as well as manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Develop relevant brand collaborations in conjunction with the team and nurture these relationships
  • Activate and implement campaigns as well as measure their effectiveness
  • Conduct research to gain an understanding of the market as well as measuring brand growth

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or Account Manager or equivalent in a fashion or creative environment, agency experience a plus
  • In a team driven by the laws of evidence-based marketing, you will have a good understanding on how brands grow and how advertising works
  • Experience in developing and delivering compelling, insight driven, effective brand campaigns and communications
  • Experience working across multiple communications channels/media
  • Experience of working with, briefing, engaging and evaluating marketing agencies and other 3rd party communications providers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong campaign measurement capability
  • The ability to cope with managing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast moving environment with varying workloads and pressures
  • A strong understanding of international markets is a plus
