IT Systems Implementation Manager

Objectives

As part of the clients Global Retailer Operations team, the System Implementation Manager will ensure the effective management and maintenance of a new internal system which will play a critical role in the clients ability to exceed customer expectations and drive performance on a global scale. The System Implementation Manager will also manage the relevant project team.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the management and maintenance of a new Global system
• Management and leadership of the project team
• Management of communications plans including departmental newsletter
• Management of relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Management of SLA’s with suppliers
• Implementation of a governance structure
• Ensuring regular monthly reporting
• Ensuring projects (releases etc.) are delivered on time
• Preparation and maintenance of timing plans
• Delivery of business requirements to deadlines
• Management of operations and system bug fixes
• Development of future requirements
• Management of the transition to a new portal platform
• Management of technical standards within the business and IT department
