Hays are working with a nationwide organisation that are looking to bring on a Service Desk Team Lead. In this Service Desk Team Lead job in you will be based in their head office near Basildon.
Your new role
In your new job as Service Desk Team Lead, you will be supervising the service desk and creating reports to managers. You will also be tasked with resolving 1st line support issues that arise, conduct training and will be developing and creating new techniques to improve the overall IT service delivery for the organisation and its users.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will hold strong technical IT knowledge of Windows Operating Systems as well as Office 365. Also your practical knowledge of ServiceNow, GDPR and an ITIL Certification will put you at a strong advantage to succeed in this fantastic opportunity.
What you'll get in return
