1st Line Support IT Helpdesk Engineer
Salary negotiable Doe + Benefits Package

Our clients, a large well-established accountancy practice in Somerset with 15 offices across the region seek a 1st Line Support IT Helpdesk Engineer, based in Taunton but covering all offices across the region. You’ll be the first point of support contact for all the client’s staff, taking appropriate resolution or referral action to ensure the vital IT systems are working effectively.

The ideal candidate will already have worked in a similar role for at least a year and know the importance of good customer service and the ability to help non-IT colleagues to understand and resolve issues with a calm professional approach.

A suitable qualification, such as Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) would be desirable, although alternative qualifications will also be considered.
