Sales and Finance Coordinator - Stockport, Up to £25,000

Your new company
Your new company is a highly regarded software company. Due to their continuous growth an exciting opportunity has opened up within the finance department reporting to the Sales and Finance Controller. They are looking for a full time Sales and Finance Coordinator to be based in their Stockport office.

Your new role
Your role will entail assisting in the management of the sales order cycle up to sales invoicing. Which will include, creating and processing sales orders, the conversion into invoices, volume support invoicing for multiple companies on advanced calendar dates and maintaining the revenue support schedules and reports. The role will also include, administering credit notes, sales queries and client administration. There will also be the preparation of reports to complete along with a credit control function for allocated accounts, including, the account opening process, credit checks, managing direct debt payments and chasing the money via phone and email.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales order processing and credit control role, dealing with high volumes of invoices and calls. You will have excellent communication skills, along with strong influential and relationship building skills. You should be a flexible and adaptable individual with strong organisational abilities, high attention to detail and able to administer to bespoke systems easily. Excellent IT skills, intermediate level Excel skills and a working knowledge of MS Office packages are all essential. For this role you will have a minimum 5 GCSE grade 'C', including Maths and English, however AAT or an equivalent qualification is preferred, but not essential.
