Application Support/Service Desk Analyst
I am currently recruiting for an Application Support/Service Desk Analyst to join my client. You will be joining a global company that produce software solutions working with their existing team of Service Desk Analysts to support the existing client base.
- Support clients in the use of the companies software.
- Independently troubleshoot complex problems using a variety of tools including SQL and Visual Basic scripts.
- Install and configure software.
- Maintain business relationships with existing, and potential clients.
- A proven track record in technical support or a similar environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong Technical background working with relational databases such as SQL and the use of SQL Server.
- Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in a computing or technical discipline.
Salary: Circa £25k
