Service Desk Analyst - 2nd Line

Working within a Managed Services environment, customer service is key. The ability to juggle a range of priorities is also important, and having to learn new technology quickly is part of the job. Working in ticket/problem resolution and also supporting projects, the 2nd line analyst will work with the following technologies - WinServer 2008/2012, Windows XP, Office 2007/2010, Active Directory and Exchange administration and networking. In addition to offering experience within these technologies, you may also have worked with one or more of the following - WDS, Group Policy, Security or Scripting.
