Fund Accountant job - Hedge Fund - Up to £40,000

Your new role
This Fund Accounting job sits within the Finance team and reports into the Senior Fund Accountant. You will initially be responsible for the oversight of daily and monthly NAV's (Net Asset Values), accruals and prepayments and liaising with seniors of the business. As you progress you will have the opportunity to increase your responsibilities to include preparing quarterly reports, budgets and forecasts.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have Financial Accounting experience in a Financial Services organisation (e.g. Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Fund Administrator). In order to succeed, you must have excellent academics, with a 2.1 or above; a degree in Mathematics, Science or Economics preferable. You should be a confident individual, keen to develop and pursue a career in Fund Accounting.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an above market salary of up to £40,000 with the opportunity to pursue the ACCA or CIMA qualification (full study support will be offered).
