IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and confident team player to join us as a Helpdesk Support Analyst assisting with the day to day operations in our busy IT team. You will ideally have 2-3 years' experience within a similar role and will be able to hit the ground running.
You will have the opportunity to work on the latest technologies in a fast-paced business environment in a rapidly expanding company. You will be answering and resolving helpdesk tickets, which are raised by phone, email or face- to-face and are all logged, updated and tracked through our ticketing system. An understanding of or qualification in ITIL is desirable.
You will be providing installation, configuration and helpdesk support services for around 225 users distributed over five locations. Working knowledge and hands-on experience of operational administration for Windows and Exchange servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and File & Print services is required together with the following technical requirements:
" Windows 7 & 10
" MS Office 365
" PC's, Laptops, Tablets, Peripherals
" Server 2008 thru 2016
" Standard business software and security packages
An understanding of basic networking and TCP/IP is desirable, although training will be provided.
This role requires you to work closely with both customers and suppliers at all levels, so you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a drive to deliver exceptional customer service. You should possess a natural initiative and pro-activeness to your work ethic, be open to new ideas and have a positive outlook. A willingness to work additional hours, out of hours and at weekends when required is essential, including participation in the on call rota.
You will be based at our Head Office in Dummer, near Basingstoke, but will also need to travel to and work from any of our group offices on a regular basis. A full driving license is essential.
salary 25K plus a company car.
