About the job:
Our Customer Service team are seeking a highly motivated, self-reliant individual to work within our busy GAYE (Give As You Earn) processing department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy Customer Service department and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload to meet the departments’ SLA. Quality will be a primary driver along with the ability to self motivate and drive exemplary service delivery. Naturally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate and an effective team player.
