  • Have end to end campaign management experience
  • Analyse campaign activity and track performance using Google Analytics, and other tracking tools
  • Work closely with the Content Team to produce content including blog posts, email newsletters and video for use across brand owned channels
  • Plan and execute campaign activity ideas to help develop the brand among small business owners and investors in the UK
  • Work closely with the Direct Mail and CRM teams to ensure all marketing communications are on brand and optimized
  • Experience in managing external agencies

  • Extensive marketing experience
  • People management experience
  • Good project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at once, and manage your time accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Experience using Google Analytics and other web and social media measurement tools
  • A team-player who takes responsibility and works with a high level of autonomy
  • Ability to “think outside the box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
