The Role

As an Administrator you will be based in our Customer Care Division where you will be responsible for providing a quality service in all aspects of customer care administration. As part of the team, you will have excellent customer service and communications skills to build strong relationships with external and internal customers. You will contribute to team targets as well as meeting individual targets and will have to work to agreed standards to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Duties will include: dealing with customer enquiries, both over the phone and email; processing claims registration and claims settlements; collection of documents and information from customers; ensuring all invoices are actioned; processing of referrals and other ad hoc administration duties.

We are looking with candidates with a can-do attitude and the willing to learn and further your skills. Previous experience is not essential as training will be given.

  • Previous administration and customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Educated to A-level and GCSE level
