CRM Database and Digital Platforms Officer
CPAG is looking for a pro-active, adaptable and organised CRM Database and Digital Platforms Officer to support our transition to new digital platforms. This is a varied role - tasks range from organising and cleansing data within the new CRM, building automated customer journeys for marketing and communications, to ensuring that content on our new websites links effectively to the CRM. The successful candidate needs to be familiar with databases and digital content management systems, and have an understanding of the requirements of both customers and staff when using these systems. This is a 9 month fixed term contract (4 days per week pro-rata).
