Working as a Finance Assistant in Witney as part of a small Accounts team.

Well established Witney based business with a small and busy accounts function.

Description

Key responsibilities of the part time Finance Assistant role will consist of:

  • Weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Ensuring all invoices received are correctly authorised, analysed, coded and entered into the accounting system.
  • Processing payment runs.
  • Raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Dealing with queries.
  • Assisting the Senior Accountant with any accounting projects.
  • Daily banking.



Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced accounts professional, happy to work 3 days in a busy and stable role.
