My client based in Wymondham is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their 1st line support team on a temporary basis, initially up until September 2018

The role holder will be accountable for:
Answering, recording, allocating and monitoring all calls to the service desk
Providing telephone technical assistance to resolve faults on all systems up to first line level
Provide a customer-focused service by keeping customers updated

Essential Criteria
Experience of working in a customer services environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent computer skills

Desirable Criteria
Experience of working in a call centre or information technology department

This position will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 and is an excellent opportunity to gain or further your experience within a large ICT department.
