The role of Head of Marketing is for a property focused business. The main focus is acquisition.

Client Details

The client is an established SME business that has created a good brand presence and has ambitious growth plans.


The key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing include the following:
Develop a clear Marketing strategy that brings new ideas and takes a clear commercial approach
Manage external agencies across all areas and ensure service vs cost is optimised
Apply a clear test and learn approach to any new channels
Utilise the full marketing mix - DM, TV, Digital etc
Increase number of leads and decrease CPA
Manage Marketing budget
Influence key senior stakeholders


The successful candidate for this London based role will have the following:
Extensive B2C marketing background in a leadership role
In depth knowledge of acquisition channels and marketing tactics (inc. direct response, digital and offline)
Able to demonstrate clear commercial approach and thinking
Can evidence financial growth for a business through effective campaigns
Able to liaise with and influence stakeholders up to CxO level
