The Client

My Client is one of the leading providers of Healthcare services in the UK covering Pharmacy, Optical, Hearing care and general Healthcare. This position is within the Optical part of the business which has national brand recognition.

You’ll help my clients customers really feel good by offering really memorable service, professional advice and real peace of mind when it comes to their health.

What you’ll be doing day to day.

You’ll drive your stores sales, coaching your team to challenge and go beyond their sales targets, identifying even more opportunities to help your practice grow. Whilst managing costs and stock availability.

Looking after your customers and your business, your professional and ethical approach will help us keep the store to date with professional guidelines, and the really high standards we strive to keep, as well as delivering P&L for your practice.

You’ll also share your knowledge and experience with your team, so that you and your team give our customers thoughtful care. You'll be inspirational, leading by best practice and role modelling the behaviours that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

How will you do it?

Your friendly and really personable personality will really shape your store. You’ll really inspire the team around you with your passion for great customer care. You’ll also build fantastic relationships with your team and local healthcare professionals, working closely with them to provide even better service.

Get to know your customers. It’s more than giving them the information they need, it’s a friendly chat or unique piece of advice they might not have heard before. You’ll really encourage your team to be reassuring and professional. It’s all about the experience and offering really memorable customer service.

What you’ll need to have.

My client is looking for really great people, with a friendly professional personality. It’s all about working together as one great team - after all it’s our people that are at the heart of our business. You will ideally come from an Optical background, but those with a healthcare background will also be considered - You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of leading a team and delivering against a set of KPI's.
