Bookkeeper job based in Thanet on a temporary to permanent basis. Must have experience using Quickbooks
Your new company
You will be working within a rapidly growing organisation in the Thanet area. This Bookkeeper position is newly created within the business and tasks will develop and grow with the business and it's needs. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity that is Full time 40 hours Mon - Fri. The hours can be flexible depending upon circumstances and there will be the very occasionally odd weekend work.
Your new role
You will mainly be responsible for the all round admin and accounts tasks for the business. You will be responsible for the companies payroll experience, cost reports/forecasts, submitting invoices, sales ledger and purchase ledger. You will also be in control of the company payment runs, Sub-contractor payments, CIS and VAT returns.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous all round accounts assistant experience within an SME business. You will need previous working experience of Quickbooks with good Excel skills. You will need some payroll experience as well as forecasting.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid the equivalent of £20k - £25k dependant on experience. You will start the role in April for an approx time frame of 3 to 6 months with a view to go permanent.
