We are urgently looking for entry-level 1st Line Support Technicians to fill roles at a leading IT support company in London.

Our client is a well-known IT support provider looking for enthusiastic candidates to join in their already established team. The right applicant will be given full training to enable them to grow and thrive in this role.

Based at the company’s London office, you’ll be responsible for providing 1st line support to all users.
• Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software.
• Logging and managing requests.
• Performing repairs, upgrades, installations and other routine tasks.
• Being the first point of contact for customers, logging and resolving calls using the set procedures.
• Escalating issues as and when necessary.

You’ll be an enthusiastic problem solver with a strong passion for IT. As this role involves interacting with users directly, strong communication skills are essential. This position is perfect for a recent graduate with a desire to become an integral part of a support team, or an IT enthusiast looking for experience in an entry level role.
