Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with enquiries and bookings

  • Reconciling banks through Xero

  • Dealing with Purchases & Sales Ledgers

  • Managing Debtors

  • Managing Creditors and suppler payments

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and form

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Keep calendar up to date with upcoming events and meetings

  • Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:30 Mon-Fri
