A leading E-commerce company based in Norwich city centre is looking for a highly motivated and career driven 1st/2nd line Support Analyst to join their growing team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the 1st and 2nd line technical support issues as they are raised to the service desk. You will be troubleshooting issues, providing user account management and assisting with software installations and implementations.
What you'll need to succeed
Your passion for IT coupled with your high degree of autonomy and self starting attitude will ensure your success within the business. Your previous experience in first line support alongside your drive for progression will place you in good stead within the company.
