My client based in Stonehouse is currently recruiting for a permanent Accounts Administrator, Stonehouse to join the busy Accounts team.
This is a good opportunity to join an established and expanding company.
Duties will include:
- Checking invoices match the purchase order and delivery note.
- Check prices on invoices are correct.
- Checking of Supplier Statements.
- Sort out internal queries with Stores/Purchasing department.
- Sort out any invoice queries with Suppliers.
- Input of purchase ledger invoices on system.
- Timely payment of suppliers by BACS.
- Answering phone & general admin.
- Cover for other members of the team during holidays & sickness.
- Positive, pro-active person with a friendly approach.
- Accurate and literate.
- Experienced in Accounts and Microsoft Office.
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
Salary - £18,000
