MGA Insurance /Delegated Agency Client Manager

A high profile City based Insurance Agency seeks a person with experience ideally with MGA environment, either an agent who manages sub-agents or an insurer, with a strong foundation in insurance operations with extensive exposure to on-boarding new agents and managing the agency relationship. Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with complexity and strong relationship management skills are essential.

This will be a one year contract role

The role is to promote and strengthening the Agent to develop the Insurance business and enhance its service quality and operational excellence: to manage the development, facilitation and business relationships of the agency insurance business. Steers all agent activities and ensures a consistent agent approach. Achieve "facilitation excellence" during the entire life cycle of the Agency business: Contribute and drive the business development process for approval of new agencies. Manage the due diligence/quality assurance exercise. Close collaboration with relevant departments to ensure smooth functioning of their role in the overall process. Manage the performance of agreements and monitoring agents KPIs.
